Description and features

This 4-Station rotary transfer machine is to make two lamp sets at one time.

Station 1: Load and unload two lamp sets
Station 2: Outside diameter turning and facing.
Station 3: Drill 4 holes on each part.
Station 4: Tap 4 holes on each part.

Special purpose machine is quite different from CNC machining center or turning machine.
CNC machine center can be multiple functions in machining. However, machining center is not easy to work on more than one tool or more than one part at the same time.
Special purpose machine can do machining with more than one tool and more than one part at the same.
Most of special purpose machine is custom made for a specific component or part.
